..the biggest challenge at the moment is not to concede, particularly away from home. If we haven’t got two effective attacking wide players you have to wonder if we’re better playing two defensive players in those positions. It’s not a solution but it might be a stop gap, almost ‘dogs of war’ or ‘park the bus’ scenario.

I don’t know the answers, it’s like trying to find a magic bullet but in the short-term a couple of blank sheets go a long way.

...I think the key at the minute is to not lose games. To this effect, I think i’d be tempted to at least try Vlasic as the only attacking midfielder. He’s in the Barkley mould, so can receive the ball and transition defence into attack. Sigurdsson and Rooney don’t look capable of doing that.

I look at our defence and think were going to concede 2 goals a game anyway so would rather we went out trying to score 3 or 4 each match...

Tbh I don't think Rooney looks capable of much anymore other than sitting deep and passing out wide...Sigurdsson is bewildering me.

Vlasic should be in the team as a starter, not fussed where for now but we need his and Davies ability to run forward with the ball

Just what has Vlasic done to be completely ignored by Unsssssssssyyyyy? Jumped the line at the canteen at USMFF?
Has Unsworth got daughters?

Either that or maybe he's been vocal about wanting to get off and Unsworth has just said fine and lobbed him in the U23s.

He is to good. Moshiri has personaly forbitten him time on the pitch, due to the fan support, and darling potentiality.

It's the new Everton. No striker, no manager, no Vlasic, no comunication, no fun, no dynamic.

This is what's really pissing me off about unsworth, (other than making some strange tactical decisions and playing siggurdson upfront) he seems to have a little core of favourites, maybe he's lazy in training or something but ffs we need a bit of talent in the team
