That's a pretty amazing stat. Almost identical passer ratings for their careers too.
Aikman, in 12 years won 3 Super Bowls, was Super Bowl MVP, and is a 6 time Pro-Bowl player.
Fitzpatrick in 14 years has never played in the playoffs once, and has never been selected to the Pro-Bowl
Ergo, Aikman is a first ballet HoF guy, and Fitzpatrick is a "feel good story at 35" that may lose his job in a couple weeks (but probably shouldn't).
Fitzpatrick's winning percentage is no where near close to Aikman's.
Aikmen played with one of the 3 greatest RB's to play the game who holds the NFL all time record for yards gained and touchdowns scored, arguably one of the top 5 WR's to play the game, was protected by one of the most dominate O-Lines littered with Pro-Bowl (and I'd guess some HoF players too) and had good defenses with all Pro's.
Fitz played with..well, teams that almost always had a top 5 pick in the draft....
Just goes to show you how much weight the HoF, and frankly we fans see/remember players who won championships, vs those who toiled on poor teams and badly manged franchises. I never would have dreamed their career stats are so similar, that's eye-opening!
