That happened during the riots in Vancouver after the Canucks (my NHL team, by the way) lost Game 7 of the 2011 Stanley Cup final at home to the Boston Bruins. There have been several such hockey-related incidents over the years, most of them in Montreal. Not our proudest moments, to be sure.

The Superbowl was magnificent on Sunday. I was chuffed to see the Eagles win their first Superbowl.

The news I have been waiting for was the Jimmy G contract. Glad to see he is tied up to the 49ers now.
Hopefully the 'Quest for 6' can be realised soon!

So McDaniels got 3 coaches to move to the colts in good faith only for him to turn his back on the move himself. Very cowardly behaviour .

Was wondering if the Patriots gig is in the offering maybe after next season, there has to be a very good reason to turn down the Colt's .

I'd guess 3 good reasons:

1) Colts' roster is a mess and they're only huge talent can't play because of injury concerns
2) Colts' owner makes Kenwright look wonderful
3) Surely Bob Kraft asked McDaniels to stay and interview for the job after Belicheck retires, and surely that's coming soon

id imagine he’s been promised something. But outside the pats his word will mean nothing now to most people and teams .

that’s all true but he got 3 coaches to move to the colts and now left them in the lurch . That’s messing with peoples lives .
