NFL 2025 Season

11 vs 16

12 vs 4

Jags actually lead the league in penalties coming into the game!

Just hope it doesn’t demoralise us as it’s the lions next
Just a reminder that the single biggest swing in the game was a horrendous Mahomes pick six and the second biggest was a Lawrence interception where there’s basically unanimous agreement that it should have been a KC penalty.

A lot of good teams just weirdly trying to 'game management' themselves through two-score leads and it coming back to bite them.

The Jags are another potentially sneaky-good team this season. They'll certainly feel now that the playoffs are possible.

Again - every single 'top' team in the league have clear issues right now, Chiefs included.

Just a word on the refs as well - there always seems to be particular weeks where we see a lot of iffy calls, particularly late in the game. Eagles on Sunday stopped that last Broncos drive 3 times but only one of them actually stuck because of two really questionable penalties...

I must’ve dreamt waking up at 4am to see the Chiefs win 23-21 in OT. So confused reading some of these posts.

I know it’s too early to be calling playoff seeds, but if Buffalo turned up on Sunday we’d have a 3 game cushion over the Chiefs and sitting comfortably in 1 seed.

Just saw the highlights. Jags did well to come back, but it looked like a couple of their big drives hinged on T-Law chucking the ball into traffic and the receiver bailing him out with a pretty phenomenal catch. Doesn't feel sustainable.

Heard this said about them over the last couple of weeks now but, fair play to them, they keep plugging away - even despite The Prince looking a bit ropey at times. The Colts are also a better team that people arent giving them quite enough credit for and expecting the wheels to just fall off at some point.

Bit like Philly - good teams find ways to win, even through the fine margins and the 'hypotheticals'. The Chiefs themselves did it for most of last year and have now been on the receiving end of a couple.. it happens.
