It's an appalling record. Then again, the attitude of loads last season when we were a step or two away was that they weren't bothered...so they're not arsed. Apparently.

Just to put out a counter view. The RS are currently in their worst decade for a long long time. 1 league cup in 10 years. Arsenal (for them) are also worse off with just two very recent FA Cups in the last decade. Obviously we'd bite their arms off for this but for the double winning teams they had before this is a decline. Spurs have one league cup in the past how many years? More and more trophies are getting dominated by three teams United City and Chelsea. Yes it's annoying not to be one of the exceptions to the rule but that's all it would be, an exception. In the past decade you may as well lump Liverpool and Spurs in with all those other one off teams as exactly that 'one offs'.

I'm hoping Koeman and Moshiri will build a platform that allows us to challenge the big three on a more regular basis so that we are not just waiting for the law of averages to give us our one off cup win (although it would be nice). If all goes to plan this season, next season we should have a squad go have a good go at 4 competitions so hopefully the drought will end soon. For that to happen I think we need to beat some of the larger teams away this season to break the mental barrier.

Lads we have the 72 Points and Last English Team Left In Europe world titles under our belts for the last few years, I don't know what you're talking about.

I'm not holding my breath tbh

until we stop bottling tournaments then it won't change. And we have been doing that for about 15 years now at least.
