I reckon 6th will be the best you'll get in the league, and who knows with the cups. But, reckon Europa league could be on for you.

Good luck.

Thanks.

I think it will be a long hard season for Sunderland, no offence. Can see you in a relegation battle, probably staying up, but finishing no higher than 16th.

Good luck though.

As per usual, I'll be happy with 17th. Oh and beating the mags twice again would be nice.

It'd be nice to get our UEFA coefficient up this season, so a run in the Europa League would definitely be helpful

4th is the most potential money so for me that has to be the biggest priority. I would adore a Europa league run and would love an FA Cup.

Winning the Europa League and the glory that goes with it would be nice. Something about the trophy which I just love.

I rather finish 4th and have good cup runs. Europa league is a right joke to play in more hassle than its worth but at least some good games for us to watch

Seem to have some cash to spend to improve the team/squad
If this happens then there is absolutely no reason to suggest we can't challenge for 4th.
This time last year people were saying they'd be happy with top half..we were much better
than hoped for...same again please Bobby..Oh, and a trophy would be nice

We will finish lower than 5th next season. United and Spurs are likely to make comebacks and the Europa League will sap our energy. I also don't expect Lukaku or Barry to be with us, and even if we replace them well we're likely to have to wait for a couple of important players to settle in.

That said, Newcastle and Southampton will likely both spend next year in crises of one sort or another, or transition at the very least, and I don't see anyone else in the league capable of overtaking us.

7th place and last 16 of the Europa League is my prediction. I'll be very impressed by Martinez if he can improve on either element of that (even more than I already have been).

I think we'd do very well to finish 6th.

I'd like to see us have a good domestic cup run and really try and make the Europa league a huge priority, as winning it means CL football, alongside European glory.
