Is that building work inclusion of the new mini stadium and the hotel type scenario Roberto wanted implemented?

Yes mate as far as I know the plans that where revealed on the OS are still the ones getting built, although I wouldn't really call it a mini stadium as such more just one small stand, this is just something one of the lads who work for Everton in the community told me so might need someone else to confirm
