Ronald is right on it again!

Give the guy a job as well, can certainly do the PR well.

FRANK DE BOER would be the perfect manager for Everton and could bring the best out of John Stones, according to the Dutchman's twin brother Ronald.

The two played together for Holland, Barcelona and Ajax, where Frank also won four titles in six years as manager, and Ronald sees him as the perfect successor to Roberto Martinez, sacked earlier this month.

"He would be a great match," he said. "He is a modern manager. He thinks about the game, he likes attacking football, pressing high up the park.

"I know he is capable of coaching any club in the world. He wants a club that fits with him, that has ambition."

Toffees fans would relish a former world-class defender like de Boer working with Stones, who is in England's Euro 2016 squad but has yet fully to live up to his potential as a centre-half who can bring the ball out from the back.

"Frank was a type like Stones," Ronald said. "My brother never kicked the ball in the stands in his life. Stones is the same and that is why he sometimes makes mistakes but that is also why people like him. Frank can help him to get better.

"He has to realise when to take risks or not, but you must never take away his qualities. If he now changes his game, he wouldn't be that special, because he can defend, but what makes him so exciting is that he can play from the back. Frank would never choose a player who's just defending, he would like to have a guy like Stones."
