Lordy, it seems like some of you are taking this so personally!!!! They both play games, they both do multi-media stuff.

You lot are turning this into classic fan-boy attack and hatred!!!! They will both sell bucketloads, they will both be critically acclaimed, they both will have title exclusives, they will both get all the blockbuster multi-platform releases.

I'm buying neither!!! And I currently own an XBox 360, not a PS3!

I'm not a fanboy of any company, but I am a fan of gaming. Microsoft have proven themselves to be anti-gaming, so I'm anti-Microsoft.

It took 4 GTX Titan's in SLI to break 60fps in Metro 2033 (max detail, 4k)!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And those same 4 Titan's could break 60fps in Sleeping Dogs.

Yep, that is $4k worth of product to play games at a decent clip at 4k.

The price has come down slightly. The Titan is no longer the fastest gaming card around. Both the AMD R9 290X and the GTX 780 Ti are faster and cheaper, $550 and $700 USD respectively.

The Titan is now only the fastest card for GPGPU (general purpose computing on graphics processing units). For gaming, it's been outpaced.

And half the games I play are indie titles so no, both consoles won't be equal. One will have far more quality indie titles, the other will have Ruud Gullit in Fifa and call of duty super special black ghost ops map packs a month earlier.

Yeah, reviews have been poor.

Although I still think I'll get some enjoyment out of it, I like the look of the game.

There should still be a year or two I can get out of my 360

PS4 is probably in the lead right now just because the X-Box One demands you have connect and is all about being an "entertainment platform"

I don't want and entertainment platform, I just want a games console
