On topic, Glad they've took a full U-Turn, I'm back getting an Xbox One.

Microsoft giving people a reason to by their console now. Underneath all the DRM, No Used Game stuff was a very good system that has superb graphics and some brilliant exclusives, on top of that, what is my opinion, the far superior multiplayer platform that is Xbox Live.

Levels the playing field now. Like I said, Microsoft aren't stupid; if it was going to hurt sales then it wouldn't have made sense. I'm glad - the X1 is undoubtedly a fine piece of kit but the restrictions would have been like trying to fight the PS4 with one hand behind its back.

TBH I don't think there's been any long term damage. Some people could even spin it to say MS listened to what people wanted.

Still think it will be a massive battle. The 2 platforms are closer in ability than ever now, so really it will come down to exclusive titles and the online experience imo.

They force their software on the consumer now that they have a stranglehold on the OS market and now they're watching you always and were quite happy to charge you to play you games at a friend's house.
