I'd go with Coleman. If rom was a bit older he'd be worth considering. I like the way he's taken lookman under his wing.

Coleman the most logical. Barry, Williams or Baines would also be OK, but if we went with any of them, we would have to go through the process again in a year or two ( they're kinda long in the tooth). Then we would probably give the armband to Coleman anyway, so do it now instead of later.
