Next 5 games...

For me, any less than 9 points tells me we've not really pushed on and are just the same middle of the road plodders we have been for a while. The two home games are must wins and we just have to win away at one of the sides above us if we want to be taken seriously as one of the big boys. Roll over in all 3 of those away games and it'll look very much like we're just making up the numbers still.

Dunno mate, biggest game of the season is the spurs one, due to the way the fixtures are and the posponements for teams above us etc, a win there would build a massive amount of momentum and put pressure on everyone from city down
The Spurs game will be a measure of how far we have actually progressed in the last couple of months. I see us taking at least a point

atleast? So nothing less than a point? They haven't been beaten at WHL all season and have stopped undefeated runs of Man City & Chelsea, I would Love a point against them but don't see it.

Agreed
Although Spurs will do us. 100%. Quality side who are at least 2 years ahead of us.

The displays we produced at Boro and Stoke lean towards 6 points, but you never know.I'm not a big fan of the Europa so 3 draws hammer Hull and a couple of clear goals win at the pit and I'm happy

Spurs are very strong at home, we missed the chance to beat them at Goodison when we bottled it first game of the season (that Del miss), unlikely the team which is unbeaten st home with the best defensive record will lose to a side quite poor away from home.

Any other team would be targeting Liverpool to beat but this is Everton, unbeaten at home all season except for just one game, had to be that one though didn't it.

Really 3 draws would be decent normally but we messed up middle of the season and recent aways (Hull, Borough, Stoke yielding 2 points). That's why we're now playing catch up having to beat top sides on their own patch.

This for me all day. One can make the argument that Spurs have actually been the best team in England for the last 18-24 months. Watching them play, this is who we want to become on the pitch. if we can somehow come away with a point there, I think the sky's the limit for us the rest of the year. Lose 3-1, and we could be back fighting off the masses for 7th

I genuinely think we'll bum Spurs 2-0. Ain't no North London-based mofo getting past Gana Gueye and Schneiderlin in our midfield, Robles and our defence is more watertight than a rubber-sealed Mason jar wrapped in Duct tape, and Lukaku is as guaranteed to deliver the goods as a premium next-day-before-12pm delivery from Amazon Prime.

I am very confident (minimum)7th is ours regardless, I don't see anyone below us getting close

Their doing very well mate but I believe it will come to an end Sunday!! If we do then it's game on for the rest of the season!!

We've got to look at the next 5 games as an opporunity to do something special. If we can manage to beat Spurs or Liverpool we'll have a real chance of finishing higher than 7th. We've got nothing to lose and I'm pretty sure Koeman will be trying to give the players a positive mindset going in to these games.

If it all goes wrong we'll still have a good chance of finishing 7th, I just want to see us try and take the game to Spurs, Liverpool and United and see what we can do.

As good a time as any with their stuttering defence. Isn't ander injured for them now too?

I really hope we continue our excellent form and really show the rest of the league how far we have come. Have to keep Kane at bay and dominate the midfield. Stoke were absolutely terrible and so passive and spurs will not meet that with gueye, snides and Davies.
