That's the spirit. 12 points should be seen as the worst case scenario for the next 4 games.

To be honest i'd say that November/December where we play Arsenal (H) City (A) Spurs (H) Will be a better indicator of where we're going to finish.

I remember a while back when there were only four CL quality teams making the point that you'd have 90 points by beating every team "you're supposed to beat" and losing every game to the top four. Of course nothing is that black and white but I still think it's something of a mindset that elite teams have. Everyone gets up for a game against Man U -- they get pretty much every teams best shot. It's getting yourself motivated and playing at a top level against the likes of Wigan in February which is the difference. If we won the next four (and we win those kind of games all year long) it might not matter what happens against the other top clubs (even though there are perhaps more than four top clubs now). If we make sure we beat the bottom 15 clubs consistently we're good -- anything against the others is a bonus.
