Anyone who doesn't think this team is a class above any other Everton side in recent memory is reverse delusional.
lets beat wigan first, not as if we play well at the DW, it would be nice to smash them for once.
We can beat any team on the day; and in all honesty we should be getting 9-12 points. I'll be interested to see the mentalily against Wigan, if they can go there and smash them I'll be more optimistic about the forthcoming games.
Out of all of them, Fulham should be the tricky one.
- Wigan and QPR are just poor; Wigan are more open than Kate Price's gash, Hughes just buys old, past internationals and thinks he's playing Footy Manager;
- The ****e, well as long as they don't bore you to death passing the ball across the back four, then to Joe Allen, and then back to the back four (or as they call it TIKA-TAKA), have got a pretty poor starting 11. Lets be honest, Baines and Pienaar against Sterling and Wisdom/Johnson/Flannagen; they'll tear them a new arsehole
- Fulham, they're my outside bet for Europe, Jol is a good manager who knows what he wants and how to play; Petric looks a good freebe and Berbatov, well he's pure quality and a natural, gifted, technical footballer
I think the truth is that on current form and "on paper" we should get 12 points here but it just doesn't work that way...
Incidentally, while the ****e have not got results, they've actually done very well in their big games despite fielding very young teams. They should have beaten Man City and dominated Man Utd with 10 men for long periods. Let's not underestimate them + the power of a biased ref.
I see a totally different picture; they did play good against the two Manchester clubs but; 1-United have been very, very, very poor this season and plus the ****e always raise their game for this arrival; 2-for some bizzare reason, Mancini went to Analfield playing a back 3, somehting City have rarely done, it was a quite shocking decision by that little rat italian.
