My Cov season ticket holding mate was VERY unsure when he first arrived and after a few appearances. But they were patient, and did accept they got a bit lucky with Gyokeres. Accepted Simms was probably their level.
They now think it’s utterly hilarious now what they paid for him. Bet he is absolutely loving it. Slotting left right and centre and fans loving him. Good for him.

which is weird because he was top scorer at under 18 level in 2018/19 outscoring the likes of balogan, whittaker and greenwood
and then the following season tom cannon outscored cole palmer ...
