In the top picture it looks like someone else has cut the skin off the person on the bottom picture and stretched it over their own.

I doubt it’s the fundamental reason why the deal collapsed, but the RS and Co would surely have been contacting all their chums at the FA/PL and expressing their objections to the move on human rights / unfair competition grounds etc etc.

The RS would definitely have been poking their noses in imo.
