New Years Resolutions

Get fit and bigger, stretch more (sounds silly I know but I get reall bad back problems from lack of flexibility) sort out my diet and be more of a morning person. None of this will happen apart from the stretching like.
 

You can have 1 of mine mate...problem solved.

Need to get back to gym asap mate - was going 5 times a week until my nan died 4 months ago, hit me a bit hard and haven't been since so need to get back into it. Lost some weight when I was ill and didnt eat for a week so need to get some meat on my bones again!

To get my walking boots on more and head up the Lake District
To go to more away games and
To always check to see if a thread already exists.
