New Year's Resolutions

If you can lose on average 2kg per week you can do it in 25 weeks.

My mates a PT/nutrition bullshiter and we've worked out a plan

Count calories, stick to 1800-2000 cals per day.

Ive just had this for my tea
View attachment 338697
Chicken patties with guacamole, both homemade, in a pitta

Each one comes in at around 350 cals.

600-800 cals for tea

Then ive got these ready meals which are 360 cals to 470 cals.

Im having 1 a day in work. And a breakfast worth 400-600 cals.

Im bored writing this but I need to do it
Give this a go, it’s surprisingly tasty….

Surprisingly tasty, seasoned ground lean beef, air fried sweet potato’s, avo and cottage cheese.
Little drizzle of Siracha or hot honey.
The cottage cheese is polish brand called Piatnica, much prefer it to traditional cottage cheese.
Loads of protein and decently low calorie.

Lose the weight I’ve put back on and going to try to kick booze into touch.

Lost 10kg before Xmas via diet and exercise, got a sickness bug and cold in Nov that completely destroyed my self control and exercise routine as it took me right in to Xmas party time and the holidays.
Daren’t weight myself as I reckon over put it all back on.
Aiming for -20kg by May.

Yep. Housing is going to be an issue!! But I think we can manage it!

Id love to live elsewhere with cheaper houses but we have family and friends in Vancouver..
You won’t regret it, I’ve been here 30 years and never regretted the move

You will have to get season tickets for the Vancouver whitecaps, decent team you will get to see Messi play when Miami play here

My New Year's Resolutions need reconsidering - given that only eating junk or 'treats' and stuff when with my family and they have both decided that 2026 is the year of eating like a horse.

Just been on the bike for quarter of an hour - better than 15 minutes sat on my backside. Mrs just pointed out that my belly is massive.

Ho hum. Gonna have to knuckle down now.
