New Reputation System!

I've implemented a revision of the reputation system. Rather than points/comments, you can now Thumb your fellow posters. (Anyone who refers to the system as a Like system will be infracted. It's Thumb FFS)

It's currently available to Gold, Silver and Bronze users as we trial it and iron out kinks.

Moderators to decide via vote if it stays, or goes.
