I'm warming to the idea of Big Sam.

He's got to be better than the likes of Tony Pulis, Sean Dyche and the other names we've been linked with.

And there's no way we'd ship four goals at the pit on his watch.

Wouldn't really matter who the manager is to be honest.

With the complete lack of pace along with the mentality of a number of players you got no chance of being successful.

Just a point on unsworth.

He has only really started his managerial career at under 23 level , that proves nothing. Can you give me a list of every other under 23 manager over the last 15-20 years and show me all their senior accomplishments and trophies? He won the league in a league where niasse scored goals for us. Where most of our players end up at league 1 standard after leaving because they aren't good enough for the first team.

Unsworth has to retain a reserve title first and foremost to prove he has any metal about him. I hope we do see him as an Everton manager one day but he has a lot to learn and the last thing us fans want is to throw him into the fire and expect him to not get burned

Slightly different situation but Guardiola went straight from youth coaching to the first team.

Benitez? (ducks)
I had a sweepstakes going on in my head when Rafael's name would turn up. If we had a seriously bad run of games into mid or late October, I'd bring him in. He can handle dysfunctional situations.

I do hope Koeman sorts himself and the team out asap. We just need an Adrian Heath against Oxford moment and we'll be fine...

Pellegrini, the almost-always-puppy-eyed Chilean.

Plus his other facial expressions make him look like he's someone you'll meet at a crossroads and he'll offer you whatever you want for your soul, so I'm in.

Something is seriously wrong behind the scenes. Has Koeman lost the dressing room?. The players seem so unhappy and uninterested.

RK doesn't seem to be much of a motivator , or the lads just ignore him. I think we should think carefully before we change the manager , but it seems things are tilting that way.
