We have been here before with managers that don't seem to take risks, Martinez did and it did sometimes pay off but he didn't know how to balance it, Moyes like Koeman is a no risk taker I think it's down to they were defenders when playing so they think defend (even though there's not much evidence of that at the moment) but we do most of the time play 2 holding midfielders. I think he can sort the defence out easy enough, it's up front that drastic work needs to be done, on paper there's a lot of good attacking players in our squad but how to use them is a hard one. We desperately needed a striker in but that didn't happen so goals gave to come from who we have got.

I'd rather give Unsworth the job mate, I was just looking for a nibble that I've now give up on. He'd deffo come, though, he went to Chelsea and seems to hate it at Newcastle so I don't see why he wouldn't.
