New manager

Out of the OOC .dangers around, Allegri is the standout, but already on record saying not until the summer, TFG would hd veto sell a real ambitious project to get him to even think about it, after that it's Potter most likely - big big chd he in philosophy though mid season, can backfire but can also serve to motivate the squad by finally training to play some offe some footy.

After that you're looking at ones to swerve mine Southgate or completely unproven like Carsley.

Assuming TFG don't want to delay it weeks oro get by trying to go after a currently contracted manager.

Whichever we do though it'll require bringing in 3-4 decent players who can play whatever system we plan.

Hard to have a steer on who might be viable and available.

Staying up is the absolute priority.

They may have to turn to Moyes for a relatively quick and straightforward appointment.

I'm not keen on that, but let's wait to see what happens and what TFG do.

It's either a Moyes type figure or some relative unknown from abroad. That could either be inspired or a complete disaster.

Yeah, I'll have to part ways with you there.

Hiring him tells me we will never change as a club - and this new ownership really is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to do that with the new stadium in tow. He's been a very respectable manager, but the club needs a total culture change. I don't believe that can happen with Moyes. I'd take my chances with pretty much anybody else - even if that meant going down and resetting in the Championship. Not that it has to.

I don't see Moyes coming on a short-term deal. So if he came at all, we could forget that culture change.
I think the Friedkin’s have already disposed of 3 managers at Roma

I wouldn’t be worried about the permanency of any of this

It’s about the next 5 months

I would like Zinidine Zidane over Potter

We appear to be a little stuck between a rock and a hard place. Whatever decision is made, I don’t believe maintaining the status quo to be an option, and if we have to go cap in hand to someone like Moyes, then so be it. It’s not exactly a move any of us want to make but that’s how dire the situation is. We are with Mark Knopfler.
