Check out some of the pics of the likes of Distin, Heitinga and Howard modeling our kits and you'll see that Nik's right in that it's pretty standard.
I also happen to agree with you in that they all look a bit silly.

wilshere's one of the biggest pussies going. Can you imagine arsenal having to play united's keane with wilshere instead of vieira, i think i'd actually enjoy that
 

To be fair to Man City recently they've had some very decent kits.
