Access to Village Street remains restricted, but we look forward to sharing exclusive digital updates as the fit-out continues!’’

The fit out does not sound anywhere near ready yet. It would be interesting to know how far along things are.

Agreed not sure about the clever though ! Let's be fair about it, if you rent a Council house for years you get a massive rebate when you eventually buy it.

At least that suggests the fit-out is underway so you would assume it will be ready for the beginning of the season. There have been various snippets here and elsewhere to suggest it had not started at all, as of recently.
