Club View was also 'sold out' a while ago - can see a fair few fuming in our facebook group about it. Poor of the club to be releasing substantial blocks of tickets long after claiming sold out.
It looks like they've extended based on the screenshots in here? I wonder? ClubView is meant to have 2,161 members.
There's sections where half the row are club view, and half arent. There's no way they'll have stewards checking thousands of people to make sure they're members.

Not surprised some are fuming. People have followed the Tenure and eligibility system and may have “missed out” if Club view was their first choice, and now to find out more Club View seats have become available. Also to find out that club view is not actually separated in the seating and merge with blocks 220 and 223 to the sides. Good luck stewarding that. All feels a bit misleading. I never usually bother, as never know who to email, or expect a response but I've just emailed the club to ask why blocks of new tickets are being released now, and whether the capacity of club view has changed. If they reply, I'll share on here, and to all the people asking/complaining in our Facebook group
For those that have already bought how has the website kept up with demand on release at 10am? Worked well or been more like when the club try and stream a preseason game and it breaks every few seconds?

So...
More club view seats have been released. Of course that's the case, everyone can see that.
They were an allocation that was to be held back for match-by-match sales.
Due to demand, they've opened them up to seasonal.
It sounds as though the capacity hasn't increased, they've just increased the number sold seasonally.
They're still claiming access will be stewarded and only those in club view membership will be able to access the concourse.

I get that, but many people.chose not to go club because they wouldn't have access to the non-private section. It seems there will only be stewards stopping non-members from entering, not members exiting. So those people who didn't buy there because they wanted the opportunity to meet friends on the odd occasion, could have actually bought in Club view.

That is a most interesting response. Several weeks ago I emailed EFC asking if any Club View seats would be sold on a match by match basis. I have an email reply in which the club unequivocally state that no Club View seats would be sold in that way and that they were exclusively a season ticket option. Now they tell you that the newly released ones were due to have been sold match by match! Someone at EFC speaks with forked tongue!
