New Everton Stadium - Hill Dickinson Stadium

Aviva Stadium in Dublin also by a river!

Yes indeed and the Dodder always reminds me of the Mersey!! :p

If the 'ammers thought leaving the boleyn ground was hard I can't imagine how it will be when we play our last game at Goodison.

I think a dockside stadium is the only thing that will take the edge off.

As long as no one calls it the riverside......

Would be great to call it New Goodison or the Howard Kendall Stadium but sadly money talks and we'll probably end up in the Gazprom arena.

It may well end up as the Gazprom Arena for purely financial reasons, as an example, but I suspect that like many others I'll still call it Goodison! Within the "Gazprom" though it'd be great to have stands such as the Howard Kendall stand, Dixie Dean or Holy Trinity stands! First things first though lets get it built on the docks somewhere and nowhere near Stonebridge Cross!

If we are out of GP then it needs to be on the waterfront that way we would be out from under the shadow of Liverpool FC. To move to SC is to get shut of us to a perimeter thus leaving the city of Liverpool in control of Liverpool FC. It does not matter how much money is spent, who the new manager or players are we will be shunted to the sidelines.

It has to be a noticeable location our new destination.

Sky did a week of celebrations for Upton park:bye:. I wonder how long Goodison would get, should be about a year.
