So if your looking at East in particular, skip to that part of vid and you can see what's currently available.

Here’s a question for season ticket holders who had 23+ tenure…as the first people to be able to buy seats, did you have the pick of the entire stadium (except for the corporate stuff of course) or had the club already ‘greyed out’ the seats that will be offered for general sale on a match by match basis? If they didn’t do that, presumably the general sale seats will be the ‘leftovers’ after all ST holders and the ‘12 March newbies’ have selected their seats by 31 March.

Yeah and a strange part in south upper and the north stand where every seat in each row was greyed out, like seat 30 in all rows, seemed random at the time

That’s interesting, as I emailed EFC to ask if there would be any seats in Club View sold on a match by match basis and the reply was that this definitely would not be done. Therefore the greyed out ones you saw at the outset must be for use by EFC.

I'm sure an ex-Echo reporter will give us a searing critique of the local statesmen who made an utter 'kin bollocks of the transport plan for this stadium. Can't wait to hear Paddy's report on the meeting.

The only solution to this utter mess that Rotheram has caused is to have in the short term thousands more cars involved in the delivery of fans to that stadium and their exit from the area. The plan for less emissions boasted for the new stadium has to be put one side or there's going to be fatalities at pinch points in public transport.

The solution is to get Costco to sling their hook and then flatten a load of other buildings for car parks within a very short distance of the stadium.

IIRC the plan was to have around 8,000 parking specs within a 30 minute walk of the stadium. That'll have to be at least doubled to take the strain and mitigate the problem.

It's not ideal, but Rotheram with his thumb stuck up his arse for 5 years has necessitated that move. It's going to need something drastic like that short term (two or three seasons) to make the new stadium a viable new venue...and in the meantime all talk about what's viable from a market perspective has to be thrown out the window. We have the Euro2028 games at the new stadium so let's have some public cash pumped in there Mr Starmer....you know, for 'growth'.

Steve Rotheram is the antithesis of Joe Anderson. Like him or loath him, Liverpool was developing under Anderson. Since Rotheram has been mayor, it's like everything has ground to a halt and we are regressing to what the city was like pre-capital of culture.

Rotheram's comments about not investing in infrastructure because they weren't sure the stadium would get completed is a joke. Especially when you consider the wider peel waters plans.

He has done absolutely nothing for this city and has sat on his ands while we lost a massive investment from Astra Zeneca. Would Andy Burnham have just sat back and done nothing if Manchester faced losing a 450m investment? Not a chance!

The sooner Rotheram is forced out, the better.
