Google Maps says 41 mins to Lime St Stn. I've walked it to BMD from the Town Hall numerous times in approx 30mins, but I'm probably not the fastest walker.

Thanks for posting. If I read that right, it says there is currently planning permission for an annual maximum of 4 non football events inside the stadium and 15 in the plaza.

Didn't it say from 2026 up to 4 non-football events but the license thereafter the club can hold 15 non-football events...which presumably would be a mix of stadium/plaza events?

That seems way off doesn't it? The club is openly talking about this being a stadium intended to be used all year round.

It's not 100% clear in the article. I read it the other way - 4 big events in the stadium (50K) and 15 in the smaller plaza (17K). Anybody got any clarification on this?

once we are in and running these events, if we can prove that any adverse effects to locals is minimal we can get more events, more cash in
