Spot on mate. Don’t like to bring it back to that lot, but it certainly feels like things would be much different if they’d just built a state of the art, £600m stadium.

Looks to me like no tickets have been sold in the NE corner upper, are they not on sale for season tickets ?

You would lose your seat for cup games, so wouldn't be my first choice

As much as I am delighted with the stadium and the finished product. I’m sorry to bring up the capacity debate again, but when you hear of plans for Newcastle 70k and even Birmingham City 62k being muted, you can’t help feel we have massively downsized only having a 52k capacity.

Looks incredible now. Whether it’s the grass instead of dirt providing a visual contrast that was missing before, the stands looking proper steep on some of the clips.

Have to say, the grass doesn’t look ready to be played on by some distance. Won’t affect play, but will be interesting to see how it holds up.

Its not the size of the stadium that was important but the amount of corporate spaces they could get in. That`s where the big money is generated that can move the club forward. Even in the US stadiums are being renovated for serious money and the trend is to lower the capacity and increase the amount of suites and corporate boxes, all to improve revenue. Its a case of get a certain amount of ordinary lids in to create an atmosphere, by maximize the big spending fans that will pay 200 quid or more for a bit of food and drink in a cushy bar.

Seems accurate and about 11 rows up.

Another thing is the positioning of the exit but I'm wondering if on the map they are indicative.

I mentioned this when everyone had 1st access to choosing season tickets. Everton said the virtual stadium would be updated so you could select and view your specific seat, but as far as I could tell your still only getting a generic view of the area you are choosing and not the exact seat view. Someone mentioned though that it would have been impossible to do a specific view from each seat.

I always felt the Goodison Park one is pretty accurate when purchasing a ticket and was quite accurate with obstructive views etc. I don't think I've ever purchased a ticket and being 3-4 rows off or 4-5 seats off the view I've booked.

Who knows though, I don't know how it all works mate and all I know is I want to boo the person who doesn't seem to be able to do it.
