I think we're past that point now. Would take a huge shake up within the fan base to sort the atmosphere out regardless of what was happening on the pitch.

The West Ham fans were fine, but it did feel a bit weird coming out of the family stand with the kids and running into them under the north stand.

That’s not the best design.

You never got near the away fans in the old Family Enclosure at Goodson.

Isn’t that just the state of football in general? Dull, overpriced, modern football = dull atmosphere.
