He was quite clearly acting, asked him twice to show the email and he replied then deleted it.
You can see how him and his weird Tommy Robbo mate were trying not to laugh in his video.
Either way he can do what he wants but more about how he got them is the issue.

He didn’t, he got the notification before he speaks to them and says something about luck has changed, he actually gets the tickets emailed to him after he spoke to them though.
I imagine there’s a lot of milling about at the top of the stairs causing a bit of jam too given the occasion.
More often than not they will be predominantly one way traffic too.
