Just got off. Just relaying my experience and I know some have had it easier. Timed out and basket emptied on 3 occasions, client quota exceeded x 1, wouldn’t let me reassign names on tickets x3, eventually sorted. Took me just under an hour. Had to do it on phone and was fiddly as anything as iPad just wouldn’t even load to the screen even though I could get on site. Defo use a laptop.

Yep stressful that got kicked out about 5 times lost seats but got there in the end

Another thing, I’m sure they said you had 30 mins to complete purchase but it’s only 15.

My advice would be to call T-5 minutes and have the online system on at the same time. The advisor can then put the ticket in the basket quickly.

I asked at the Park End ticket office on Saturday. Was told a decision will be made once the the season ticket sales are completed. I hope they reconsider this digital only process.

I'm guessing maybe today was a day where a large amount of people became eligible based on the stories this morning. I got mine last week and it was about the most straightforward thing I've ever done with Everton but obviously not been the same for people getting theirs today.

I just finished getting mine, what a performance, has to be one of the worst sites along with Rightway that I have used. A pain not being able to get a plastic one, how do we let friends use our ticket when we can't go?
