Looks like the gaps between the brick facade are remaining black according to the latest official site video. The metal mesh has been changed.

I hope in the last season at Goodison each team that comes for the final time acknowledges it in some way.
Some of my mates who support other teams are desperate to get to their last game at Goodison too.

Yeah looked like it would have been all windows, which would have looked spectacular. Failing that that fine metal mesh would have looked better than thd black panels, imo. But it is what it is still beautiful.

The shot at 3.08 is quite remarkable, an amazing feat of design and architecture to make a completely new build look like its been on that site for the last 50 years. It fits into its surroundings absolutely perfectly.

Really exciting and full credit to all involved.

Remember when people were moaning about Everton being so awful at comms because they hadn't even bothered to put any cameras in place to capture a time-lapse.
