I would also recommend cocaine friendly bathroom facilities to ensure the atmosphere is maintained at optimum level.

That takes me back to managing at wetherspoons when I was younger.. spreading a bit of wd40 onto the top of toilet cisterns to ruin the coke that the Saturday bellends used to take in the bogs..

It could be, but I do not have that kind of money available and now too old for a mortgage evenif I could persuade Boss Lady to move.

It is indicative though of the developments that can take place in the area.

Really nice but you will have to have deep pockets to even afford a 1 bed apartment

Yes sir! Its a very under rated city with an amazing castle, old arcades, new shopping malls, great pubs, indoor market, top restaurants and said stadium all within five minute walking distance. Plus you can take a water taxi 10 mins from the castle gardens down the River Taff to the bay marina district for waterside restaurants and other historical and cultural activities. Recommend greatly for those who haven't been!

went down for the Calzaghe v Kessler fight. great city & the stadium is superb. I said to 2 of my kopite mates who was with me that I can only imagine how good the atmosphere would have been for them when Owen scored the winner for them v Arsenal in the FA Cup. If we have the acoustics similar the atmosphere in BMD will be special
