Upper Manhattan is considerably more valuable than the Liverpool waterfront, and yet they have had an 843 acre municipal green space at the centre of it that has remained undeveloped for over 150 years.

I would imagine two factors are not unrelated neither.

My guess would be that "With views over Central Park" trumps "With views over other buildings" for most buyers.

Roof bits are supposed to be going on soon in parts I think. Been very lucky with the weather so far, got about 6 more weeks of decent lifting conditions before it gets a bit hit and miss

I’m wondering if the pitch effectively ‘floats’ over the dock infill rather than being built up from it, with some sort of services void below.
