What if we lose tonight?Gone by Friday, regardless of the result tomorrow.
So you're saying if we win 64-0 tonight he still goes?Gone by Friday, regardless of the result tomorrow.
I personally think appointing a new manager is extremely easy. First you make contact and see if they'd be interested in general, a short meeting in a dingy, poorly-lit hotel for example. You then interview them properly a few days later and share your vision for the club and ask about theirs, offering a tour of the facilities and facilitating a meet and greet with key staff. If both align you ought to know if there's a match, no real need for a second detailed interview. You contact their club and ask for terms to buy them out of their contract. At the same time you ensure the manager makes it clear to his club that he wishes to leave. If you find an agreement, which in 99% of the time you will as no club wants to keep a manager who wants to leave, you exchange contracts and organise for the manager to be presented to the media. The whole process shouldn't take more than a week or two. No manager has a notice period, either you buy them out of their contract or you don't, and it's fully on the other club to allow him to leave, which they usually do for the reason outlined above.Interviews, second interviews, contract negotiations, nda’s, notice period. These are all very routine in business and not forgetting other businesses don’t tend to like losing their best employees and will be countering. I’m sure they are much further along the process than initial interviews and hopefully they are going after people who can excel at the club rather than appointing people who are available earlier.
It seems very similar to how they are dealing with Dyche, hopefully the club has sentient adults in the building at last. The club is amateur hour, it hasn’t been able to stream a live preseason game without an issue for over 5 years ffs. I imagine the new owners can’t believe just how bad this business has been run and how deep the rot has set into it
Our fans are like a little spoilt brat girl who will not be happy until Daddy buys her a pony.
I think we might deserve relegation this season.
I’m confused, what are we supposed to be happy about?

It's a lovely fresh morning, the days are starting to get longer. Soon when taking the dogs for a walk in the morning we can watch the sunrise.
Changes will happen but this gif seems to reflect many on here.
