Ridiculous. Getting Newcastle promoted from the Championship is not an achievement, they should never have be there in the first place and were able to buy actual current first team Premier League players like Matt Ritchie to get them back up, players that no other Championship club would’ve had a hope of attracting.
Getting anyone promoted is an achievement. Doing it with Mike Ashley more so.

He has won la liga twice, the UEFA cup twice, the FA cup, the European Cup, The UEFA Super Cup, the Super Coppa Italiana twice, the Coppa Italiana, the FIFA world club cup and the EFL championship.

He knows how to build a winning team.

I think it is obvious, that nobody including journalists has a clue what is happening, who is pulling the strings, who is in the running, who has been interviewed. So all this getting furious because brands is doing this, or Mosh is doing that or Kenwright is in control, should probably stop because you’re getting furious based on unfounded assumptions

1) I’m not your son
2) If you think fan power is the same now as it was back then you’ve clearly slept for a couple of decades.

Just saying.
You make an interesting and rather sobering point brother.
But Johnson, Moshiri et al are only custodians of the club which belongs to us and future generations of blues.
Our children and grandchildren will be around long after they are gone.

Isaiah 40:29
He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might he increases strength.

God bless you.

You were doing alright until the biblical bit.

So we’ve all been misled by the poor guesswork of a journalist and spent 3days falling out over the merits or lack thereof of a manager who remains just a manager on the ‘Possible’ list.
I recall during previous managerial searches , (and there’s been enough of those), journalists commenting on the difficulty of getting any information from Everton because it is such a tight ship information wise. This certainly appears the case once again,
There must be a good chance that the coach we eventually appoint will not have appeared on the ‘obvious list’ cobbled together by the press nor even discussed on here.
