New Development

Although it will obscure my view of the old lady as I walk down towards the ground from the bus stop, I am all for new development and initiative.

Does anyone know what the future might hold for the exisiting club shop ? would make a good bar I think.

Also we can get rid of that [Poor language removed] tent thats supposed to be a hospitality marvel.

club everton will be incorporated into the new building and i think the clubshop will still operate as normal, with an additional retail unit operating in the new thingy too.

i would agree that the club should open/operate some sort of giant beer hall before and after games to generate revenue and as amenity to the fans.
