New Club Crest

I've been designing a new crest for a new side I'm involved with this year. Basically the Association have started a new team and a few of us have moved over to set it up.

Thought I'd share and see what you think. I'm no Ghosty on the graphic design arena; i just love faffing about.

We're called Ponds FC and the colours we've been given are Black and Gold and we are 'The Lions'.

This is what they had in mind to start..

So I came up with these alternates..

But then I couldn't stop...

Which one do you think is the best?

It's runner up for me, I prefer shields to circles for club crests.

Good efforts all round though,obviously got more artistic design than me, I'd go for a bottle of bleach or Jol's face or something.

If you can get "Get Jo on" weaved into the club shirt anywhere you'd be my new hero

That was my fave, but thinking about it we will be wearing an all black kit with Gold trim.

I might try to alternate the colours on that.

That's what I thought! The fonts really are key though, there's some brilliant free ones you can download.

The bottom one looks a bit like a beer tap badge.. it is also the best - these two facts may be related

I would've had a big male looking over it's shoulder, with the biggest set of balls ever seen.
