What he lacks in talent he gains in attitude. He has looked the part for us this year. Still I agree with Toxeth Blue on his less than stellar games last year and he was never benched. Worked on me that did plus the Carsley, Neville pairing that were two like kinds and never could we keep the ball for any length of time to help set up our forwards. You could see the Yak wane during those times.

But we are talking about the here and now and he has something to prove this year and has been very consistent.

A different player this year.

No conicidence our overall form is great as many of our players have regained their form/confidence.

I remember saying at the start of the year that when we were in a real bad rut, a lot of players were lacking confidence. You could see it in their play.

I also said that poor form doesn't last forever and that when it came around, we'd see a marked improvement in our results.

Well, there you have it.

Neville, Lescott, Arteta, and Osman are all playing much better than how they started the year.

For me, that's been the difference.

Neville's been a gud uun for us since we signed him as far as I'm concerned, he's had bad games but so has everybody else, one of DM best signings
