I didn't watch the penalty - I can't watch them.

Anyway, Mark told me that Arteta was walking up to Saha so I assumed he took it. ****ged him off for about 10 minutes until Mark told me that Saha took it.

Felt a right plank, but **** it I wasn't to know.

Didn't matter in the end though.

He definitely shouldn't take them, it should be Arteta or Baines.

But looking back it was probably better for us, we still had something to go for. I have a feeling that if we'd have want 2-1 up we might have sat back in the second half and let Chelsea come at us.

In hindsight, I think that you are correct. If we had went up at the end of the first half, they would have come out of the locker room and thrown everything forward. One of two things would have happened. 1) Everton gets a goal on the counter and goes on to win or, 2) like we've all seen Chelsea do a thousand times when down at the half, they would have gotten that goal back within 10 minutes and then smelled blood and gone on for a third. So maybe it was best to not get the 2nd until the 72nd minute (or whenever it was). But like you, that's not what I was thinking when Saha missed that penalty.

Saha's turned up more than most this season, his record speaks for itself. The comment doesn't surprise me though, I.C.A.B's still gutted he was proven completely wrong.
