True, but NBC Sports have a greater motive in promoting Premier League games and coverage.
ESPN will promote the hell out of international football, since it has rights to the World Cup.

It's ambitious from NBC. I'm glad they did it, it felt kind of weird having them at ESPN without EPL coverage.
Yes, NBC seems to be going all in on the PL product. Will be interesting to see how much the rights sell for when ESPN re-enters the discussion.
It was. They have made references to their Amazon picks and using the MIB promo code when purchasing items, with the little kick back helping cover the cost of the pod.
Just because ESPN has money, and I imagine Grantland gets some of it, doesn't mean it's evenly spread out.
I hope NBC outbids ESPN. Their coverage is absolutely top notch.

Absolutely. I'm struggling to think of a single area where I prefer ESPN's coverage.
Listened to the newest MIB pod on Grantland today, and they said this was the last one on Grantland. I'm sure they'll make it easy enough to find, and I'm confident NBC will use them at least as intelligently as ESPN. We'll know more soon. They (especially Rog) confirmed their dedication to podding til they die.
