2025/26 Nathan Patterson

Im very much in the keep O'brien in the middle party so that leaves Patterson to get a run of games at RB, but think we all know Keggers will be back in and O'brien shoved wide.

Thought he had a torrid night 1 on 1, was getting skinned and put on his backside all night long but he stuck with it and from a team perspective didn't do anything to harm us.

Have to also factor in his only real run out was a spanking in the U21s, outside of that he's a mile off any kind of match sharpness so you'd hope the little things would improve with game time.

The big positive for him is he just naturally gives us a better balance as a unit on both ends.

Ha Ha Ha. "Played well"

Nurse maided by Dibling all night and skipped round by Hudson Odoi.

I realise the bar is set about an inch from the ground, but "well played".

Lol.

He was his usual trash mate.

Excuse him if you want.

People are saying he's done well tonight: he was tripe. šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

He was carried all night by Dibling.

I'd hate to know how much Dibling spent in energy tonight.

He should get Patterson's wages off him for that.

Started in a slapstick manner and I feared the worst for him and us - but I thought he worked himself into the game and played a few nice touches second half.

Every time I see him play, he seems to get naively caught the wrong side of the attacker on multiple occasions - but I do think he tries to look after the ball when he has it. Even if he played a couple of scary balls across the back line tonight.

On balance: I still don’t know what to make of him, but surely his lack of game time under a succession of managers tells its own story.
