Thought he was our biggest issue tonight. Fulham are exceptional at creating chances from the left side, but even still Patterson's positional awareness is exposing him despite his athleticism and technical ability at the RB position.
That Antonee Robinson though looked quite good tonight; thought he was Man of the Match at LB for Fulham.

The issues did come from that side, but on so many occasions it was Patterson vs Robinson and willian. Harrison wasn't great tonight.

I was talking about it before the match, but I would have flexed Garner over to RM to support Patterson on that side, and put Harrison in the Attacking Midfield role ahead of Gana and Onana to press out of possession. Fulham is no joke on that left side.

Yes pickford was going mad towards the bench when Patterson took the ball when pickford was shouting for it and tbf I’d rather pickford try and play the ball forward than Patterson.

He did OK pre match I warned about the duo he had to face - Harrison gave him no cover as they never attacked much in 1st half one fluke deflection so blame the young fullback - the usual suspects...
Patterson saved us twice in the last 5 minutes before it went to pens ......

Makes me sick. Understand we did have Lucas Digne, and an aging Baines as backup at the time we sold him to Wigan but even still it seems like an error in judgement.

Thought he had a good game and off the million crosses that did nothing, his were the ones that actually threatened. I like his attacking endeavour. Definitely not at fault for the loss today.

Dyche will have either Young or Coleman back in - whichever gets fit first.
Hes an emergency winger IMO.
He cant be trusted anywhere near a defence. He may do the odd good thing there but he's not a player anyone can place there and get consistency from.
Rate him as a wing-back but he concerns me very much when he plays as a right back.
