I respectfully requested that you don't speak directly to me on this thread.
I was agreeing with your comment. And my previous response to you was simply asking a question.

I apologise if you have found some of my comments towards you to be argumentative. I can get defensive after I’m accused of being racist. But I am trying to just move on and draw a line under things. Again, I apologise for coming across argumentative.

Just seen the highlights only, great block but not entirely sure what he's doing for the third goal, does he misjudge and then slip ?
I think it was Taylor that misjudged the cross coming over. I missed to first 15 mins of the game, but Paterson was one of our best players on the night, from what I saw.. He was certainly our best defender. Norway seemed to be targetting Taylor's side all night, they certainly got more joy down that side. He was pinging over sone lovely crosses, it's just a shame we're so poor up front. He fired in a beautiful ball for Brown, who just got a head of his man, then totally fluffed it. That was just before our 3rd goal.
I have guessed from on here that his form hasn't been the best, but he had a very good game last night.

Is he less likely to get a booking than Young? Yes
Is he better going forward than Young? Yes
Is he a 38 year old who plays like he’s not played a game of Premier League football before? No
In conclusion, he should be starting ahead of Young. Patterson or Coleman has to start next week.

Ain’t necessarily so. Coleman has played 90 minutes for the u21s, was on the bench , yet it was Patterson who Dyche brought on. If it was automatic that Coleman will start against Forest then he’d likely have got minutes off the bench today.
There was no point bringing on Coleman in a match already done.
