All the Celtic fans here who also like Everton are raging at that performance
The sad thing is that Celtic fans up here really rate Patterson as he does so well for Scotland and the fact he left Rangers to move down south.

It's the plastic Celtic fans on here who want an avenue for their bigotry. For them, the discrimination of Catholics is all a little game for them to use for their own sick pleasure rather than something serious that a lot of us in Scotland and Ireland have lived through.

We will be able to properly move on from the bigots when folk don't use it as an excuse for their own brand of hate. Poor guy just wants to play for his new team and be accepted after some tough injuries.

What a performance. Feared the worst after the first 10 minutes but he was flawless from that point onwards.
Patterson's a strange un. Seen him a number of times now for Everton, all his Scotland games and a couple of times in Europa League for Rangers. I swear the vast majority of his mistakes are done early(also occasionally very late when he's tiring)in a game. Don't ask me to explain the reason.

Mad how Holgate and Godfrey were placed at RB before this lad. Feel like he must have said something about Dyches wife or something. No other explanation

Not sure he'd have had such a good game without Mina there to support but then he was up against an excellent attacker in Mitoma so it all evens out maybe
