LOL another Liverpool One rat infested restaurants image is destroyed ! Take no notice of this 'mouse' crap, they're RATS coming up from the original sewers that cant cope with the size of the place. They say mice to make it sound better. Typical Liverpool fiasco! The place stinks.

Upmarket Thai Chaophraya is the latest restaurant to close temporarily over hygiene issue
Chaophraya on Chavasse Park
Liverpool One has said it will be “relentless” in eradicating a mice problem which today caused yet another restaurant to shut down temporarily.
Thai restaurant Chaophraya shut its doors this evening with a sign going up saying they had a “maintenance issue” and apologising for the inconvenience caused to customers.
But the ECHO was told by
Liverpool council the real reason for closure is over “mice droppings” that were found by inspectors.
After failing a environmental health inspection it later voluntarily closed. Tonight, staff could be seen cleaning down and removing items from the bar area.
The news follows the temporary closure of other
Liverpool One restaurants Las Iguanas, Zizzi, Nando’s and Yo Sushi - all on of near the food terrace which face Chavasse Park - which were shut over mice fears in recent weeks. All have since
reopened .
Liverpool ONE said today it was working towards a policy where the retail and leisure destination would be entirely pest free. And the manager of Chaophraya, Ian Leigh, said they were committed to working to "the highest standards".
Chris Bliss, Estate Director at Liverpool ONE, said: "We and our restaurant operators want to reassure the public and all of our visitors that we take hygiene and cleanliness extremely seriously at Liverpool ONE.
