Got to do a turn at my sons 18th this weekend. looking at guitar song book YNWA was in there and she said it "the song's been ruined by a bunch of redhead idiots" they can't sing it, and Gerry and the Pacemakers must be turning in their graves!

Pfft, I would go the lav at the 1st sign of that song, play it ? not a feckin chance.

The lad was at cornet practice earlier, the band played "oh when the saints" and a load refused to play it as are pie-eaters and flatly refuse every week.
I can play z-cars on his cornet, and I asked a lad in an Everton Trackie if he knew it on his Trombone, some fella leaned over and reeled off the notes, he said "I haven't played that for years" then promptly played it on a Flugel Horn, the other lad listened once and then they both did it. I'll take the score in next week for them, Drummer as well if I can locate his score.
