My first trip to Goodison

Well, the result is obviously not what we wanted and the views were rubbish, although we did manage to find a couple of spare seats a couple of rows down with better views. It was cold, I was sober and the Bullens was very quiet apart from a good spell in the second half just before they scored again.
But it wasn't about the result or the view or the comfort. Me and my boy can always look back on the first time we went to Goodison together and the roar of the crowd when z cars came over the speakers and Rooney led those magnificent boys in blue onto the hallowed turf of Goodison.

I wouldnt swap it for the world.
