I know people have acknowledged Mrs. Kenwrights passing in another thread, but some posters are struggling to draw a line between their antipathy towards Bill Kenwright and natural sympathy for his bereavement.
For this reason I think it is worth a separate thread for us to offer Bill our condolences without any reservations.
I met Bill and his mother a few years ago in tragic circumstances for my own family, and found them both to be very compassionate people who were genuinely moved by our loss.
Forget the politics and passion for our Club's future for a moment and reflect on Bill as a son who has lost his dear old Mum.
R.I.P Mrs Kenwright.
Get out of the thread you tool!Wonder if bill will pay respect if my mum dies???? Thought not.
Im sorry for his loss, but it's nothing to do with me.
HE needs to sell our club. That has everything to do with me.
Sorry....

Yeah but it's just showing respect, isn't it. If you told Bill Kenwright your Mum's just died he'd say the same. It's not like he'd tell you he doesn't care.Wonder if bill will pay respect if my mum dies???? Thought not.

Bill is a profound, deep thinking individual. He'd find it inappropriate and transparently meaningless as he never knew her or anything about her.
Clearly if it was season ticket sale time that attitude might differ.
